It Was Blocked
It has been said that the president has delayed construction of the Keystone Pipeline, thus delaying the distribution of resources that can be helpful to the U.S. economy. Although a massive project, President Obama has blocked the pipeline for a period of 76 months, although approval for most cross border projects take only 18 to 24 months to complete.
The project was prepared for construction, yet it has been vetoed time and time again, sent back to the House, and although approved by a majority of the House and Congress, was sent back by the President on numerous occasions during his term in office. These actions have delayed the construction and completion of the project significantly.
