California has been known for years as one of the most diverse states in the U.S. The state has cities that are incredibly affluent in nature, as well as areas that are on the other end of the scale with high levels of poverty. While many of us still visualize California as a place most recognized for sandy beaches and epic waves, California also has many prominent areas that are known for housing some of the most prosperous households.
CNN published a list of, “Million Dollar Zip Codes”, and 21 out of the 30 cities that were mentioned are located in the state of California alone! Those statistics indicate that over 70% of the wealthiest cities and towns across America are located in the California.
With the state being home to over 38.8 million residents, it comes as little surprise that some of the wealthiest districts are located in the Golden State. These are the top 10 richest cities in California, according to data provided by Areavibes.com.
